General Enquiries

How can I purchase a Manfrotto product?
For online purchases, each product has an "Add to Cart" option which allows you to place items in your cart for purchasing. In the unlikely event that we do not carry or have stock of an item you need bit is found on our site, check out our "Find a Store" locator. This tool is also located in the site's navigation bar at the top of the page and allows you to easily locate an Authorized Manfrotto dealer close to home and contact them for stock availability.

 

What are your opening hours?
We are here for you each and every business day, Monday through to Friday. Our opening hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Thurs and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Friday.

 

How can I contact you for assistance?
For Customer Service, don't hesitate to call us at 01530 566090 during normal hours of opening stated above. You may also fill out our Contact Us form outside of business hours and our team will aim to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours of their return.

 

How can I purchase replacement parts?
Replacement parts are available to purchase through our dedicated spares and services cente, Studio 1. Their website shows exploded diagrams for the majority of products making it easy to identify the exact replacement you may need. My product is not working as it should, what should I do?
Our authorized service partner Studio 1 would be the first point of contact if you find a product is not working as you believe it should. You can contact them by email on sales@manfrottospares.com or call them on 01483 548883.

What is the Manfrotto standard warranty terms and conditions?
Manfrotto products in the UK are covered by a two-year standard limited warranty from date of purchase. Depending on the product, warranty periods can be extended to up to 10 years from date of purchase. For more details about our warranty terms and conditions go to our Service & Repair page.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that warranties are valid only on products purchased within the country of residence and through our authorized channels, in this instance, the Manfrotto UK website or through one of our authorized Manfrotto dealers. Manfrotto does not provide a warranty of any type or of any manner for any products purchased from unauthorized resellers, without exception.

 

Where can I register my product for an extended warranty?
To extend the warranty on your Manfrotto product, please go to http://warranty.manfrotto.com/gb/pages/manual-product-registration.aspx. Here you will need to fill out a few details about your purchase to complete the extended warranty registration.

 

I am looking for a store near me which carries Manfrotto products. How do I find one close to where I am?
Simply go to the "Find a Store" locator which you can use to find the authorized Manfrotto dealer nearest you. Within this page, you can search for dealers by name, by city, by state and by postcode.

How do I become a Manfrotto Ambassador?
In addition to using our products on a daily basis, our ambassadors also provide us with many images taken using our products and also behind the scenes showing how they use them. Occasionally, our ambassadors also write articles for us which along with their images, provide the content used on our Manfrotto School of Excellence website and social media networks. To ensure we offer variety along with the very best content, we set a maximum number of ambassadors for each category and country. These are reviewed on a regular basis and often rotated to ensure we represent the very latest trends and shooting styles.
