The Vitec Group Code of Business Conduct

 

The Vitec Group plc has adopted a formal Code of Business Conduct for its subsidiaries and employees to give a clear understanding of what is expected from them in conducting business. We expect our employees and businesses to adhere to the Code. Our employees are encouraged to read and understand this Code and to conduct themselves and their business in accordance with its principles.  Guidelines on anti-bribery and corruption; gifts, entertainment and hospitality; and charitable donations are also available to assist employees with their understanding of the Code.

The Code of Business Conduct defines our commitment to our colleagues, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. It applies to all Vitec Group companies worldwide. We also expect our business partners to abide by standards that are compatible with our own.
